Leitrim County Enterprise Board
- Introduction
- Leitrim County Enterprise Board was established in 1993 by the then Minister for Enterprise and Employment with the aim of filling a gap, which had become apparent in the support services for local enterprises. The Board is part of a nation-wide network of City and County Enterprise Boards, which seeks to stimulate and support the indigenous business development potential in Co. Leitrim with the creation of new, sustainable employment opportunities.

I am involved in the development of computer software applications and I found Johnny Beirne (Business Innovations Officer) very knowledgeable about a wide range if IT issues and technologies, it is easy to see that he has experience in business for himself and understands the challenges involved. I would recommend that any business in Leitrim who qualify for this program would benefit greatly form speaking with Johnny about their plans, they will discover possibilities that they would not have otherwise, I certainly did.
